Mary is a current Animation MFA student at DePaul University with a focus in Technical Art (specializing in software dev for the animation / gaming pipeline such as rendering and graphics programming, 3D scripting, and optimizing code). She has Software Engineering and Electronic Arts degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Before starting grad school, Mary worked full time as a software developer. Mary is passionate about combining her skills and experience in software engineering and animation to work in the technical art, software dev, or computer graphics side of animation, VFX, and gaming industries.

Other About Me...

I am taller than the average person and have a bit of a Philly accent. I love long drives, watching football, graphic novels / comix, roller derby, browsing vimeo and shortoftheweek for new animations, hiking, and walking around neighborhoods looking at doors. I grew up in Delco PA - a southwest suburb of Philadelphia - and take great pride in where I come from. I hope to find a job I love working for a company I deeply care about.
